So I wrote a poem about anxiety:) Thought I would share it. I've posted on AllPoetry which is an amazing website where you can post your own poems.

This is my one, I wrote it a while back but came across it again:)

Anxiety in this society!

Someone said something about me,

It's starting to drive me crazy, 

Oh please don't make this start again, 

It is happening a lot lately.

My thoughts are beginning to race,

To fast for my own pace, 

I keep tryin' to make it stop,

I can feel my self drop.

It is called anxiety, 

Oh and there goes gravity,

Here comes insanity,

Living in this society.

I need somebody to help me,

I fall to my knees, 

I'm scared and I'm hopeless,

I hope no-one sees.

Yet I keep trying and trying to feel so much better,

It seems like my room is my only shelter.

I try hard to get the grades, 

But yet each day time always seems to fade, 

I'm getting weaker and weaker by the day, 

When will this go away?

It is called anxiety,

Oh and there goes gravity,

Here comes insanity,
